FTS - Allow collecting pprofs directly over http

Raising this based on discussions with FTS team - haven't personally checked that this isn't possible. Feel free to close with appropriate mockery if incorrect!

All^[citation needed]^ other Golang components in the product allow the collection of the standard Go pprof diagnostics directly over HTTP, i.e. you can redirect the output of a curl command and get the pprof locally. This is a huge help in troubleshooting as it doesn't require manual retrieval from each node.

Would be great for FTS to provide the same functionality.
