querying the view before it is replicated will return "no_db_file" and "not_found,missing" if it is not replicated to the entire cluster

this happened in a cluster of 10 nodes with 50 million items when there was another view index in progress.

i created a second view called " hi2" and tried to get the view results.

Subset of nodes failed with the following error:
