[UI-XDCR][Enforce TLS :Strict] Remote cluster IP without port is taking 8091

    Description

      A cluster setup with a node with N2N enabled and IP family as IPV4 only.

      From security> other settings , Cluster Encryption is selected as Strict.

      Now login with https://172.23.97.164:18091 to access UI.

      On XDCR page, Added remote cluster for same node with IP 172.23.97.164 (without port)

      Remote cluster is created with "172.23.97.164:8091" where for strict Enforce TLS it should take 18091 itself.
