Expand travel sample indexes to use scope and collections

a) Instal 7.0.2 - with data + query + index services. While setup choose ipv6 and turn encryption on.
b) Install travel -sample app.
c) Navigate to the index tab and one can see index only created for _default scope and collection.

Travel-sample app needs an update to indexes mapping to scope and collections.

Chin Hong - Can one PM define and have travel sample updated.
