[UI]Node Initialization failed with secure port

    Description

      Tested on 7.0.2-6653

      After fresh install tried to access UI with secure port as: 

      https://172.23.97.87:18091/ui/index.html

      And error observed as: zone.js:3331 POST https://172.23.97.87:18091/nodeInit net::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

            Timofey Barmin - Reloading of the page should resolve the issue, since the new certs need to be refreshed in browser to continue.

            Build couchbase-server-7.1.0-1652 contains ns_server commit 3436415 with commit message:

            Ok, the cluster initialization is fixed. It finishes successfully in this case now, but /uilogin that follows the initialization fails (because of the reasons above). I think it should be handled in the UI somehow. Probably instead of showing yet another warning we should reload the page if uilogin fails with this exact error? Not sure if it is possible to do from the browser though in this case. Pavel Blagodov Can you take a look?
