Description
In MB-47462 we parallelize CheckpointRemoval, while under this MB we track the work for parallelizing ItemExpel.
The plan is to run multiple CheckpointRemoverTasks(s) based on configuration.
Note that the name of that task is legacy and outdated. The task currently performs both CheckpointRemoval and ItemExpel.
