Enable redaction of index names in api/v1/stats endpoint

Many times, customers would not like to share the index names due to confidentiality. The api/v1/stats endpoint by default returns index names. Instead, we can add "redact=true" URL option so that the names can be replaced by instance ID's and it becomes easy for customers to share the entire list of stats without post processing.
