[CX] Update couchbase-cli for Azure Blob Storage links

Update the couchbase-cli to support the updated authentication methods.

Changes needed:

• DP-flag needs to be removed from the documentation.
• Remove support for connectionString
• Add support to the following:
  • endpoint is now required (was optional).
  • tenantId parameter
  • clientId parameter
  • clientSecret parameter
  • clientCertificate parameter
  • clientCertificatePassword parameter
  • managedIdentityId parameter
