/pools/default/trustedCAs: Does not error if the ID does not exist

    Description

      Problem
      While implementing MB-47172 I notice that an error is not produce from /pools/default/trustedCAs/[id] when the ID does not exists

      steps to reproduce

      1. Setup a cluster
      2. Try to delete the self-generated CA: 

        curl  -uAdministrator:asdasd -XDELETE http://localhost:9000/pools/default/trustedCAs/1000

      This makes it impossible to tell if a Delete was successful or not

      Expectation
      For an error to be returned .
