    Description

      MB-49085 fixed an issue that prevented backfill pipeline's statsMgr from accumulating notifications and causing memory bloat but introduces lag in reading the notifications due to lock contentions.

      This will lead to negative changes_left if the interval is stats interval small enough (i.e. 200 ms).

      couchbase-server-7.1.0-1553 will run into this issue
