unknown error saving document from web console when it should be able to create the document

Trying to add a document previously deleted generates an error in the web console: "Unknown error saving document"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty bucket
2. Add a new document, with id "1"
3. Load that document in the web console
4. Delete that document through the web console
5. Refresh showing that it's actually gone
6. Add a new document, with id "1"

Expected behavior:
document is added

Observed behavior:
Receive aforementioned error message.
