Consider how to handle settings updates which result in > 3K log entry

    Description

      Currently, a system event log for settings update can exceed 3K, if the size of the old + new values of the setting approaches 3K. Currently the event log post will fail with the contents of the event log contents & error details logged to analytics_error.log.
