Incorrect stats in UI

    Description

      Removed and rebalanced 2 nodes from my cluster, Re-added and rebalanced them back in. The UI then becomes unreliable, showing incorrect number of documents, vbuckets, disk_queue size ...etc and the graphs are no longer being drawn on the analytics page (attached screenshot).

      For instance, the UI now shows I have 10005343 items in the bucket (see attached screen)

      However, real cbstats of curr_items for 3 nodes shows that I actually have 10Million items:
      echo "3357714+3318488+3323798" | bc
      10000000

      I checked web-inspector and can see valid http rest calls for stats returning data. But appears that javascript isn't updating the values in the html.

      this is 100% reproducible after a few rebalances
