Description
Looks to have been caused by fix to MB-49376, we are no longer able to assign alternate ports for services configured on the node.
1. Configure cluster w/ 1 KV node
2. Attempt to assign alternate address & mgmt & kv ports
3. Observe ERROR: Cannot set services unavailable on the node
