Major Description
MB-49911 revealed a buffer overflow in sigar from parsing the files. It would help to spot more lurking bugs in the linux version by running the sanitizers on the code (we don't need thread sanitizer as the library isn't multithreaded and have no locks).
As part of this one should kill the existing jobs and set them up similar to the way the kv-engine jobs are configured so one may retrigger a single platform when there are environmental probles on the builders.
sigar is used by ns_server and some of the go programs so it needs to check out and build the enterprise version. The unit tests should be run on all platforms.
