TSan against Go targets cannot find stdlib.h on macOS

    Description

      On macOS, Golang fails with the following error when building with TSan:

      _cgo_export.c:3:10: fatal error 'stdlib.h' file not found

      Using the following CMake arguments:

      cmake -G Ninja -DCB_THREADSANITIZER=1 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=../install ..
