Support incremental build w/ back-compat version changes

If analytics is not cleaned after updating a back-compat build version, the old and new versions will both be present on the class path, with the lower (older) version taking precedence, since the classpaths are constructed in alphabetical order.

The back-compat build handling should be improved to install the correct bits in the absence of a clean build.
