Error while creating remote links with enforce TLS enabled

    Description

      Steps to reproduce -

      1. Disable auto-failover setting on both analytics and remote cluster.
      2. Enable node-to-node encryption.
      3. Set Internal cluster setting "canEnableStrictEncryption" to True
      4. Set encryption level to "strict".
      5. Create remote links to remote cluster on analytics cluster.
