Description
What's the issue?
Most of our sub-commands which interact with an archive use 'exitIfArchiveNotFound' as a sanity check to provide a nicer error message if the user provides a missing archive directory.
What's the fix?
We should use that function for 'collect-logs' and other sub-commands which mount an archive (where this check is currently missing).
