Browsers : Chrome Version 96.0.4664.55 on Mac, FF v95.0.2 on Mac
Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a 2 node cluster with all services
2. Install all 3 sample buckets
3. Click on the Buckets link on the Left panel
4. Buckets list should be displayed in the Right panel
5. Click on Scopes and Collections link against any bucket. It should display the Scopes UI
6. Now click the Buckets link on the left panel.
Expected : Buckets list should be displayed in the Right panel
Actual : Clicking the buckets link does not do anything. There is no error or warning. However, if you click on any other link, and then click Buckets, it works.
