[UI][Backup] Import and Add Repository disappear when resize browser windows

    Description

      Install Couchbase Server 7.1.0-2112 on 2 centos 7 servers.
      Create 2 nodes cluster with backup service and rebalance.
      Open Backup page, resize the page to smaller width. The button of 'Import' and 'Add Repository' disappear from UI.
      Use Firefox 96.0.1 browser

          These links still disappear per design when the screen is too small for their features to make sense using. But now they should disappear at 520px rather than 780px.

          Verified on build 7.1.0-2168. It only disappears when the browser width is very small
