[System Test][CBM] deprecated warning thrown by collect-logs - deprecated: golang.org/x/oauth2: Transport.CancelRequest no longer does anything; use contexts

I was trying to collect logs for MB-50536 and observed this deprecation warning being thrown:

collect-logs was taking a lot of time - might be due to a backup task already running against that repo and network latency - eventually had to kill it - but while waiting for it saw this warning getting printed to the console
