[Certificates] Error message too lengthy (unscrollable) and does not go away even after navigating to a different section

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cluster with very large number of nodes. In my example, it is 114 nodes cluster
2. Create a root certificate which signs a large number of nodes (in my case ~100 nodes)
3. Attempt to delete the root certificate.

The error message is too long and does not fit in the space available. And secondly, the message does not go away even after attempting to navigate away from the Security page. 
(Only solution was to refresh my page)
