Description
What's happening?
If a plan is created with no body, an "empty" plan is created that has no tasks and does nothing.
What is expected?
I would not expect a plan like this to be created, I can't think of a reason to have an empty plan.
Perhaps a warning could be given, or the plan tagged as empty to ensure a user doesn't mistakenly use it instead of a normal plan.
Steps to reproduce
In CBBS WebUI:
- Go to Add Plan
- Enter a name and nothing else
- Click Add Plan
- Task should appear with no body
This can also be done through the API
