[UI] No pop up or default storage mode set when adding index node

Build: 7.1.0-2220

• Create a 1 node cluster with kv, query, search
• Add another node with index service

No pop for setting storage mode and while creating index we get the below error:

Should there be a pop up asking for storage mode when adding index service?
