[CBM] Include PiTR related information in output from 'info' sub-command

    Description

      What's the issue?
      At the moment, we don't display any information to the user with regards to point in time; we should display information such as:

      1) Is PiTR enabled in this backup (could be at a high level since it's done at the archive level)
      2) How many PiTR snapshots exist in this backup
      3) How many "total" items exists e.g. account for those duplicate mutations
