High ops rate is seen on the xdcr destination cluster while all the items seems to be replicated.

    Description

      1. Create a 4 node cluster
      2. Create a 2 node XDCR remote cluster
      3. Create required buckets and 50 collections.
      4. Create required buckets and 10 collections on XDCR remote. Start replication process.
      5. Create 20000000 items sequentially
      6. Update 20000000 RandonKey keys to create 50 percent fragmentation
      7. Create 20000000 items sequentially
      8. Update 20000000 RandonKey keys to create 50 percent fragmentation
      9. Start an async data load.
      10. Rebalance in with Loading of docs
      11. Rebalance Out with Loading of docs
      12. Rebalance In_Out with Loading of docs
      13. Swap with Loading of docs
      14. Failover 1 node and RebalanceOut that node with loading in parallel
      15. Failover a node and FullRecovery that node
      16. Failover a node and DeltaRecovery that node with loading in parallel
      17. Updating the bucket replica to 2
      18. Updating the bucket replica to 1
      19. Wait for load completion and check XDCR destination cluster for replication completion.
      20. There is a constant mutation coming towards target cluster while nothing going on source cluster since more than 2 days.
