[CE] - Rebalance provides warnings when number of nodes is >5 but doesn't fail.

I did see a warning that said this cluster has more than 6 nodes, but rebalance did not fail.

According to this we are supposed to have only 5 nodes. I was able to create buckets too on those 6 nodes.
There are warnings on the UI like . If am not misunderstood, the blog suggests we stop supporting >5 node cluster rather than warnings.
