[CBM] Validate that the 'backup' user can read system xattrs

    Description

      What's the issue?
      By default, we backup with xattrs enabled, however, we should validate that system xattrs aren't being stripped prior being sent to us.

      System xattrs are prefixed with '_' and (I believe) can be created with a normal SET_WITH_META request with xattrs enabled.

      Looking at MB-31224, I suspect this isn't an issue but we should validate to be sure. Steps to reproduce can be found in the same MB.
