Adding node successfully to the cluster with password field empty

1. Install couchbase-server-enterprise-7.1.0-2373
2. Create cluster with KV node
3. Click on add server and try to add analytics or eventing services without providing password

Expected result: Error should be thrown as in valid username/password

Actual Result: Successfully adds node to the cluster
