Description
If you create a Javascript function using the UI, you cannot assign it to a namespace.
The dialog allows you to set the namespace and save the function.
The library list screen even states that the function is in the correct namespace.
When you return to edit it, the namespace is fixed as global.
Running select * from system:functions shows that the function's containing library doesn't have a namespace.
