    Description

      ep_testsuite_dcp has been observed to hang intermittently during CV when run on windows. The exact test which it hangs on seems to vary, but for example:

      It has been observed to fail on either backend (couchstore/magma) and either eviction mode.

      These intermittent timeouts perhaps account for ~50% of all CV intermittent test failures at time of writing.
