Description
MB-49103 changed the minimum metadata purge interval from 1 hour to 15 minutes for couchbase buckets...once the cluster compat mode is at Morpheus (e.g. mixed version clusters including pre-Morpheus nodes won't allow it).
Please make the corresponding changes to couchbase-cli. It might be good to not check the min/max values in couchbase-cli and just print the REST error.
