Description

While investigating MB-51425, it has been observed that the secondary_100M_20RR_random_PlasmaDGM_nobloom_4Index has regressed between 7.1.0-1701 and 7.1.0-1702. GSI side changes between the builds seem to be test related changes. Plasma has some functional changes w.r.t adjusting quota
