Add authType back to bucket properties in pools/default/buckets/bucket-name

Description

Removing the bucket authType attribute in 7.1 broke XDCR replications from 6.6.x to 7.1.

We should add authType="obsolete" to the pools/default/buckets/bucket-name endpoint and validate that it alllows XDCR replications to work from 6.6.x.

Verified 6.6.5 < - > 7.1.1 and 7.0 < - > 7.1.1 replications work. Also verified 6.6.5, 7.0, 7.1.1 mixed mode < - > 6.6.5, 7.0, 7.1.1.
