Description
In one of the customer issues, we observed that projector could not start up due to file permission issues. This led to indexer stuck in a repair loop. The only way we could deduce this is by looking at indexer and projector logs.
The ask of this MB is to report such instances on UI so that the user is aware of something going wrong.
(Keeping the component as secondary-index for now as indexer has to come up with a metric and a plan on how to determine if a projector is healthy or not. Based on that, we can pass on this MB to ns_server)
