[Import] [Sample] Add support for retrying known CBAS error cases

    Description

      What's the issue?
      We should be able to retry known failure cases when running Analytics queries during an import, these would include generic errors such as 500/5000 status codes.

      What's the fix?
      We should extend our retry handling to also work for known CBAS error cases. See the existing handling for more information.
