Indexes page shows empty stats

    Description

      While reproducing the Amdocs issue (https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/CBSE-12279)

      the indexes page did not show any of the stats (Screenshot attached). The stats did come up after a while , but for a good half hour or so the UI did not display any stats. Not sure if this was a UI issue or a 2i issue. Please re-assign if needed.
