Order of filters in custom analyzer

    Description

      While creating a custom analyzer, when we add multiple character filters and/or token filters, UI has the feature of reordering filters by simply dragging them up or down. 

      As of now ,there are no icons to help users know about this feature.

      Before adding icons to UI, following things need to be verified. 

      • Are there any use cases where order of filters matter
      • While analysing the text, do we execute these filters sequentially ?
