[CBM] [List] Completely remove the list sub-command

What's the issue?
The 'list' sub-command was partially removed in 7.0.0, we should complete that removal.

History

1. 'info' was added in 6.5.0 (to coexist with 'list')
2. 'list' was deprecated in 6.6.0 (but still functional)
3. 'list' was removed in 7.0.0 (no longer functional, but retained a re-direction/deprecation message)

What's the fix?

1. Remove the 'list' sub-command
2. Remove the paired documentation
