[SURF-3400] Create optimized (smaller) dataset

We need to reduce the number of documents while maintaining relationships between the documents to JOIN on. This means all queries in the SQL++ tutorial should return data when this new set is loaded.

• Creation, organization, and formatting of the new travelsample documents. Should be formatted in a way that it can easily be picked up by the data loading process.
