Reproduced the issue based on the steps mentioned in: https://couchbasecloud.atlassian.net/browse/MB-54207?focusedCommentId=845945&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel

Before the fix, multiple events have been ignored by indexer and the index build remained stuck

After the fix, index build has finished successfully and no "ignore ..." messages is seen

Include opaque2 in StreamID computation at endpoint buffer
