[CX] Incorrect accounting of tuple size during the build phase of join

During the build phase of hash join and processing the incoming tuples, there is some miscalculation of the tuple size when trying to insert the tuple in the hash table in memory. This could lead to throwing insufficient memory error incorrectly.
