[BP to 7.2.0] Change log level for watcher connection terminations

    Description

      We use watchers to connect to indexer services in the cluster. When this connection is terminated by the watchers, the following error gets logged:

      2022-12-09T13:22:15.599+00:00 [Error] PeerPipe.doRecieve() : ecounter error when received mesasage from Peer 10.163.28.17:9100.  Error = read tcp 10.163.28.19:53544->10.163.28.17:9100: use of closed network connection. Kill Pipe.2022-12-16T02:52:15.595+00:00 [Error] PeerPipe.doRecieve() : ecounter error when received mesasage from Peer 10.163.28.19:53570.  Error = EOF. Kill Pipe.

      In production, customer's alert systems are picking these errors up and raising concern. Can we modify this log level be changed if these logs are expected
