Received error 500 when contacting the analytics service

1. install Enterprise Edition 7.1.2 build 3459
2. Create cluster with Analytics node
3.  Enable node to node encryption - ./couchbase-cli node-to-node-encryption -c http://localhost:8091 -u Administrator -p password --enable
4. Check analytics service

Error is displayed: Received error 500 when contacting the analytics service. Try refreshing the browser, as errors may occur if the analytics service is still warming up or suffering a transient error.
