Add OBJECT_CONCAT2 function

OBJECT_CONCAT only permits object arguments.  Add a variant that permits arrays of objects too. This then allows:

SELECT object_concat2({},(SELECT default.* FROM default WHERE type = 'test'))

to produce a concatenation of all matching documents.
