Do not log errors when clusterVersion is initialized

    Description

      In https://review.couchbase.org/c/indexing/+/180901/5/secondary/manager/client/metadata_provider.go#5662, we log error when clusterVer is not initialised or internal version is not initialised. If either of them are initialised, we still log error even if client auth becomes successful. This is raising some false negatives for customers.

      This MB is to track the changes required to either reduce the log level of the message or make the error more appropriate
