    Description

      It's difficult to debug issues with the replicaHTMemory and replicaCheckpointOverhead stats as we only have them at the point of cbcollect. Tracking them would let us know (temporally) when they begin tracking incorrectly which should make it easier to narrow down why they may track incorrectly.
