Description
If the browser machine is slow or if bandwitdh is low it is possible that the buckets page won't load. What can happen is the following:
- UI attempts to read the bucket information from pools/default/buckets
- Response returns but due to the size of the payload it is possible that the UI will not receive the full payload before 4 s has elapsed
- The UI deems that the REST API isn't working cancels it and starts over.
- This cycle continues ad-infinitum and the buckets page doesn't load.
We should eventually present the buckets page even if the browser machine is slow or bandwidth is poor.
