Description
To reproduce:
- Create an analytics collection and a number of secondary indexes on it.
- Execute analyze analytics collection.
- Attempt a rebalance.
If the rebalance, just by chance, creates all secondary indexes before it creates the sample, the rebalance works. Otherwise, creating the sample index will fail and as a result, the rebalance will fail.
